Well I have to say I am feeling pretty proud of myself. I did awesome with my goals; I ate three fruits or veggies a day, exercised 5 days, went to bed by 10:30 pm and was up by 7:30 am (I know that sounds like a lot of sleep but it's to make up for the 2 or 3 times a night I am up with my 3 year old) and I said my morning prayer every day. And to top it off (drum roll please) I lost 4 lbs! I have not been able to do that in forever so I am thrilled! Thanks for the motivation!! You guys rock!Stephaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14798517610156627126noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4630369943066102732.post-16058461475204039632012-11-12T07:46:27.185-08:002012-11-12T07:46:27.185-08:00So, I'm happy to report that I lost 2 pounds! ...So, I'm happy to report that I lost 2 pounds! :D I feel pretty great! with my goals, I exercised 3 times and practiced the piano twice. She cored an apple, put blueberries and cranberries in the middle, topped with a bit of apple juice with cinnamon and cloves. They were baked at 350 for 30 min covered and an additional 15 min uncovered. I loved it for dessert!Jerushahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04742159909501836785noreply@blogger.com
